Christine Gieringer, OD, a native of Berks County, joined Eye Consultants of Pennsylvania in July 2020 as a comprehensive eye care specialist and optometrist.
Dr. Gieringer received her Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Alvernia University in 2016. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree, summa cum laude, from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University May 2020. Her training included a clinical externship at Einstein Medical Center involving ocular disease management.
She completed advanced studies in contact lenses and now participates in specialty contact lens fittings on various post-surgical patients and those with Keratoconus.
Dr. Gieringer is fluent in Spanish and sees patients at the Eye Consultants of Pennsylvania Wyomissing and Pottsville locations.
