A native Pennsylvanian, Dr. Monica Wang is a comprehensive eye care specialist and optometrist at Eye Consultants of Pennsylvania.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania State University and received her doctorate in optometry from the New England College of Optometry. She completed internships at the Dimock Community Health Center in Roxbury, Massachusetts, Philadelphia Veterans Affairs Medical Center and Pascarella Eye. Dr. Wang completed her residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Philadelphia with specialty rotations in primary care, low vision, and specialty contact lenses.

She enjoys seeing patients for routine eye exams and management of various ocular diseases such as diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma and macular degeneration. Dr. Wang also fits and follows patients who wear contact lenses, whether they prefer rigid, soft or specialty lenses.
